Landmark Hospital
Landmark Hospital is currently seeking a full-time occupational
therapist to work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team in a long-term
acute care hospital setting. The Occupational Therapist will provide
goal-directed and activity-oriented patient evaluation and treatment to
optimize safety and independence in performance of activities of daily
living. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a
team-centered approach. Experience in acute care preferred, but not
necessary.

Job Summary
Meet with individuals at our 3 area locations.
Meet with individuals and staff to assess therapy needs.
Provide training to all employees on a quarterly basis.
Set up an OT program and work with individuals on a 1:1 basis
documenting supports provided in DPIs documentation system.
Maintain Human rights of individuals.
Education/Training Requirement
A degree in Occupational Therapy. Two years of experience. Must
provide OT License, High School diploma or GED and College diploma.
Attend seminars, training sessions and staff meetings. Maintain CPR.
Maintain current OT license and provide copy.

Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. or OTD, or eligible, certification by
NBCOT and eligibility for licensure in Missouri. Previous teaching
experience, evidence of scholarly work or research experience
recommended for this position.
Duties: Primarily a research position with graduate teaching
obligations, service on committees and student advisement. Candidates
are required to conduct research, apply for and receive funding and
mentor students on research projects.
TEACHING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Position: Clinical assistant professor - Full-time 9 month non-tenure
track position to teach courses.
Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. or OTD, or eligible, certification by
NBCOT and eligibility for licensure in Missouri. Previous teaching
experience, evidence of scholarly work or research experience
recommended for this position.
Duties: Primarily teaching position, with service on committees and
student advisement. Candidates are also encouraged to conduct research,
and pursue scholarly endeavors.
