Don't miss out on the fun and friendly competition at the 2025 MOTA Annual Conference! This year, we're adding three special events designed to bring our community together: the SOTA Gift Basket Contest, the "Show Me" Spirit Award, and a brand-new Alumni Sponsorship opportunity. These events are a great way to showcase your program's pride, support the MOTA Scholarship Committee, and connect with fellow students, faculty, and alumni. Get ready to show off your creativity and school spirit—we can't wait to see what you bring to the conference!

Alumni Sponsorship Table Packages

We are excited to announce a new Alumni Event combined with the MOTA Wine and Cheese Social on Friday, October 24. This is a great opportunity for your program to connect with your graduates.

Secure an Alumni Table to create a dedicated space for your graduates to gather, network, and reconnect. The cost of each table directly supports the Wine and Cheese Social.

  • What You Get:

    • Social Media Highlight: A dedicated post on MOTA's social media channels highlighting your program's participation.

    • Sponsor Recognition: Automatic listing as a sponsor for the MOTA Wine and Cheese Social.

    • Show Your Pride: Decorate your table with university-specific items to showcase your school spirit!

The "Show Me" Spirit Award

 

It's a simple, fun contest to see which program can bring the most students and faculty to the conference!

During the registration process, before payment, you will be asked, "What program are you representing in the "Show Me" Spirit Award Contest?" Please provide us with your program name, and you will be automatically entered. No further action is needed on your part.

The program with the highest representation will be celebrated for its fantastic participation.

  • Prize: The winning program gets a shout-out on all of MOTA's social media channels and receives one free conference registration for a future MOTA event.

2025 MOTA Conference Registration

SOTA Gift Basket Contest

 

Get your SOTA group together to create a themed gift basket! This is your chance to show off your creativity and represent your university, all while supporting a great cause.

Attendees can purchase raffle tickets to win the baskets, with all proceeds going to the MOTA Scholarship Committee.

  • Prizes: The winning SOTA group gets a $75 Amazon gift card!

  • Rules:

    • Participation: Confirm your group's participation by completing the short form below before October 17, 2025.

    • Basket Value: Baskets should have an estimated value of $50–$100.

    • Theme: Be creative and show your school pride!
